Premiere Powder Coating for the Roseville, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Auburn, Placer and Greater Sacramento Areaspowdercoating

Powder coating is a durable scratch and chemical resistant finish. Unlike the common liquid coatings, there are no solvents to evaporate in the powder coating process. A finished powder coated product will not have the microscopic holes in the paint that liquid coatings have.

Since there are no holes, a powder coated product has excellent corrosion protection which makes it ideal for items left out in the elements such as lawn furniture.powdercoating

Powder coating provides superior edge coverage and powder coated parts virtually have no drips, runs, or sags so your part will have a high quality and durable finish.

Q. Why Powder Coat?powdercoated
A. Powder Coating offers a superior finish while adding many performance properties such as excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, impact, abrasion, uv rays, and extreme weather.

Q. Is Powder Coating bullet proof?
A. Powder Coating is NOT indestructible but it is about the most durable decorative finish available at this time. Powder Coating is typically 7 times stronger than liquid paint.

Q. What do I need to do to prepare my parts?
A. All parts need to be disassembled and all grease and oil removed from them.

Preparation: Each piece is received disassembled (unless prior arrangements have been made). Each piece is de-greased to remove residue grease, oil, and dirt from the piece. After the piece is clean and dried we then sandblast each piece to remove old paint, rust, and prepare the surface for coating. Blasting will create a uniform surface to assure good adhesion & constant powder flow. After blasting we pre-bake parts @400 degrees to purge trapped moisture, oils, and gases that cause poor reactions to the finish. The key to a long lasting Powder Coated finish is in the preparation of each piece.

Note: If you wish to prepare your part prior to bringing it to us, it is very important to de-grease your part before blasting, blasting a contaminated part will drive the contaminant into the part.

Q. How large of a piece can you Powder Coat?
A. Powder Coating is limited by the size of the oven at this time, our oven is 8 ft wide x 10 ft tall x 20 ft deep .
